Our annual camp-out is Friday, May 31 to Saturday morning, June 1. Bring your tent and camping gear to the fields behind the portables at Brywood. Setup begins at 4:00 p.m. on Friday night. Check-in for registered families starts at 5:00 p.m. Brywood Dads will be around if you need help setting up your tent.
Irvine Police and OC Fire Authority vehicles will be on the blacktop for you to explore and officers and firefighters will be p…resent to speak with you about their adventurous careers. There will be a special Battlebots presentation by Jason Bardis, a Brywood Dad and former Battlebots champion.
The “basic donation” for the Brywood Dads Camp-out is $25 per family. An optional dinner on Friday night is offered for a donation of $5 per person (non-campers can participate too!), and breakfast is included in the “basic donation.” The dinner, movie, and police vehicle display is open to everyone, but please register for the camp-out and dinner so we have an accurate headcount for food.
Please remember, a responsible adult must accompany their Brywood student and be present for the entire event. For more information and to register, click HERE. Registration closes on Tuesday, May 28.
If you are a Brywood Gold Family Sponsor, family camp-out registration and 4 dinners are included in your package. A list of the Gold Family Sponsors will be at the camp out check-in. However, you will still need to register so we know to include you in the head count. Thank you!!

The BryWorld Multicultural Festival is Brywood’s way of opening all of our minds to the beauty and treasures of the many cultures represented in the Brywood Community. On Friday, May 3rd from 5-8pm, our big play yard will be transformed into a festival of food tastings, the Parade of Nations, and cultural performances by our very own students! Students from many, many cultures attend Brywood and the festival is a chance to experience all of them within our very own school.
Culture Booths – Cultural booths are now forming. The festival has featured: Afghanistan, Canada, China/Hong Kong, Germany, India, Iran, Italy, Korea, Native American, Philippines, Taiwan, USA, and Vietnam. Booths are only made possible only if volunteers like you step up. Volunteer at a booth to be sure your culture is represented at the festival. Bring food, music, flags, maps, games, souvenirs – anything that can proudly showcase your culture!
Parade of Nations- Wear a traditional outfit from your heritage or any culture of your choice!
Cultural Show – The festival stage features 3-hours of non-stop entertainment by our own Brywood students and teachers. The students and teachers are invited to showcase their heritage by performing a cultural act.
